Online Safety

We have recently been informed of an emerging trend called ‘strip fornite’ and a potential risk that users may be exposed to or share indecent images.  Please be aware of this if your child/children play fortnite and also that the game has a 12 rating.

We have also received reports from the Bradford Police cyber team that some pupils have been approached online, predominantly on playstation 4 network via a user under the name of Amanda.  Concern has been raised that this individual is talking to children from the Bradford District, firstly making derogatory comments to them and secondly trying to persuade the children to meet them in Bradford.  The police are looking into the matter.
