On very rare occasions, bad weather or an unforeseeable issue with the building may cause school to be closed. If this were necessary, all parents and staff would be notified by text as soon as possible in the morning and the closure would be publicised on the school website.

In the event of snow, school will remain open providing that it is safe to do so.

Unless families are notified that school is closed, children should attend school as usual.

In the event of heavy snowfall throughout the school day, whilst children are at school

Please ensure that you set off in good time to collect children at the end of the day, taking into account that road conditions may be poor.

If after school clubs were to be cancelled, you would be notified by text and children would need to be collected at the end of the school day.

Should road conditions become particularly bad, there may be a remote chance that school would have to close early.  In this instance you would be notified by text and closure would also be publicised on the school website and on Pulse Radio.

In the event of heavy snowfall overnight making school unsafe to open:

All parents and staff would be notified by text as soon as possible in the morning.  School closure would be publicised on the school website and on Pulse Radio.
