This week in DT we finally tested our bridges against our target briefs and recorded our results.
Well done to team EBKA who came first with their bridge being able to hold a whopping 115 2p coins.
Wednesday 23rd March
Yorkshire Wildlife trip- we had lots of fun at Yorkshire Wildlife park visiting the animals and finding out all about polar bears on our educational talk.
Monday 14th March
In DT this week we made bridges.
We used the triangle method to strengthen the bridges and then tested them to see which were the strongest.
Tuesday 8th March
During English today we had lots of fun creating sentences using subordinate conjunctions for our sentences washing line.
Tuesday 1st March
Today in English, we wrote our own recipes and made some very tasty pancakes!

In English today, we used Ipad’s to act out a scene from our class story (A Monster Calls). We then thought about what the characters might say and created our own comic strips.
Monday 8th November
Today in food technology we made homemade wholemeal bread.
We then compared both homemade bread and processed bread.
