What to do if you or a family member has symptoms.
It is essential that your child does not attend school if they have any of the following symptoms: a persistent cough; a raised temperature; a loss of taste or smell. It has also been reported that the new, Omicron variant can present more like a cold or flu, so if your child is ill, please consider it could be covid and take a test.
The government guidance below tells you what to do if someone in your household develops symptoms which may be covid-related.
